Automated hemming, overlock and border-stitching lines finish towels, robes and kitchen linen to spec.

In-house multi-head embroidery and jacquard border weaving for private-label branding and monogramming.
Packaging & Logistics
Retail-ready folding, poly-bagging and barcoded cartons, palletised for direct container loading.
Quality Lab
GSM, absorbency, colorfastness and shrinkage testing on every lot before it's cleared to ship.

Tested before it's approved, not after it's returned
Every dye lot and every finished-goods batch passes through our own AATCC- and ISO-aligned lab before it's released to packing. In-line inspectors also walk the stitching floor hourly, so a defect is caught at the machine, not at the final audit.
